6 things that affect your energy.

I talk to my clients regularly about frequency, if we are on a low vibe/frequency we are attracting people and situations that are feeling the same way as we are. In this frequency we moan and complain, and nothing seems to go our way. That could be getting into conflict with a family member the minute we wake up, being late for work, the Wi-Fi not working, or a moment of road rage. Whilst we can’t help being in this frequency occasionally, we don’t have to stay there. Once we are aware of our thoughts and more importantly the results that we are creating, we can make the change. So, what exactly is our vibration?

 Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy. We are vibrant beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the 'vibrational’ world , there are only two specific types of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling makes you broadcast creating a vibration, that can be positive or negative.

 

6 things that affect your vibrational energy

 1.     Thoughts you think

Every thought emits a frequency to the universe and this frequency goes back to origin, so in the case, if you have negative thoughts, discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all this comes back to you. Therefore it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn how to cultivate more positive thoughts.

2.     The company that you keep

 The people around you directly influence your vibration frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, and determined people, you will also enter this vibration. Now, if you surround yourself with people who are complaining, gossiping and pessimistic, they can reduce your frequency. You know the people who always make you feel good, and those that don’t, simply, by the way that you feel, when you are with them. To keep your frequency high, it is essential to eliminate the habit of complaining and bad-mouthing others. Avoid drama and bullying, wherever possible. Take responsibility for the choices of your life!

3. The media you consume

When you look at programs on the television or on the internet that deal with tragedy, death, starvation, poverty, disease etc. Your brain accepts this as a reality and releases a whole chemistry into your body, which affects your vibrational frequency. Look at things that makes you feel good this helps you vibrate at a higher frequency. Many people are now switching off the news, as it rarely has anything good to say.

 4.     The music you listen to

 Music is so powerful, when it comes to changing the way that we feel. If you only listen to music that talks about betrayal, sadness and abandonment, all of this will interfere with what you are feeling. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music that you listen to, it could reduce your vibrational frequency. I am more aware of this than ever, it’s all about mixing it up.

5 Your home/ work environment

Whether it's at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a cluttered, messy, dirty, environment, it will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what surroundings, organise and clean your environment. Show the universe that you are fit to receive much more. Take care of what you already have and appreciate it.

6.   Power of gratitude

I saved the best until last, my personal favourite gratitude! Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency. This is a habit you should integrate into your life…. today! Start to say ‘thank you’ for everything, for the good things and what you consider to be bad, say thank you for all the experiences you've experienced. Gratitude opens the door for good things to happen positively in your life. When we are focusing on all that we have rather, than what we don’t have , it immediately improves our mood and raises our frequency. If you ONLY practiced gratitude on a daily basis out of all the above five points, it would have a significant impact on your life.
