Frequently asked questions.

What happens on the FREE discovery call?.

After making initial contact by email or telephone, I’ll schedule a mutually convenient time where we can chat for around 30 minutes. This will help me to find out a little bit more about you and discover what you are looking to change. If I feel like we’re a good match, then we can take the next step. I always get the best results with people that are prepared to work hard and give it their all. If you’re ready to get in touch, then I’d love to hear from you.

How regular/long are the sessions?

For the best results I recommend that clients meet with me on a fortnightly basis. This allows the clients to complete the agreed work in between sessions. Weekly meetings also work and keep clients actively thinking about their goals and what they been asked to achieve in the timescale. The sessions are an hour long.

What can I be expected to do in between sessions?

During the sessions we will have discussed your goals and what needs to be achieved by the next session. This could be anything from confronting a friend or family member about a boundary issue, completing part of a project or writing a letter of resignation, to joining a gym. The goals will be mutually agreed, and a time frame put in place.

Why can’t I just motivate myself to make the change ?

It’s hard to take action when we continually put things off and say we’ll do it tomorrow. Procrastination is a big barrier to success. Having someone that you are accountable to, forces you to take action. I know this from personal experience. I’ve taken most action in my life when my coach has really pushed me and made me check in regularly. Trust me, it works.

Why can’t my friends and family help me instead of a coach?

Friends and family know us all too well. They’re not prepared to ask the really deep questions and are often frightened of hurting our feelings. If there’s something holding us back, they’re unlikely to call us out.

Why should I choose you?

I’m human. I laugh, I cry, I’m sincere, authentic, vulnerable, honest and open. I work extremely hard and show up 100% for my clients. I’m always on time, prepared, alert and willing to ask the difficult questions. If I talk about habits that I think will help improve your life, it’s because I am living proof of them.
