What happens on the FREE discovery call?.

After you get in touch, we’ll arrange a 30-minute call to chat about where you are now and what you’d like to shift or strengthen. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re the right fit to work together.

I work best with people who are ready to show up fully and make real change — if that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.


How regular/long are the sessions?

For the best results I recommend meeting fortnightly, giving you time to reflect and apply what we cover between sessions. Each session lasts one hour.


What can I be expected to do in between sessions?

We’ll agree on a few realistic steps to take before our next chat — nothing too scary, just meaningful moves that matter. It might be setting a boundary, having an honest conversation, pressing “send” on that email you’ve been avoiding, or doing something kind for yourself for once. Each small action strengthens your connection to yourself and the people around you — and keeps the momentum (and magic) flowing between sessions.


Why can’t I just motivate myself to make the change ?

It’s easy to say “I’ll do it tomorrow” — we’ve all been there. But real change happens when someone gently holds you accountable. I know this first-hand; the biggest shifts in my own life came when my coach challenged me to show up and follow through. In our work together, I’ll do the same for you — with warmth, honesty, and just the right nudge to keep you moving.

Why can’t my friends and family help me instead of a coach?

Friends and family mean well, but they know us too well. They often avoid the tough questions or shy away from saying what we really need to hear. A coach offers something different — honest reflection without judgement, and the courage to call you out (with kindness) when something’s holding you back.
